4 Production – Cutting & Folding
MACHIPER stays constantly up-to-date technologically and professionally. This is achieved via high-precision machines, well-qualified technical personnel and the outstanding business flexibility shown to resolve new problems, guaranteeing quality and speed in all manufacturing.
Laser Cutting on flat and on 5 axes – Folding from 20 to 200 tonnes.

5 Production – Printing
Speed and versatility! MACHIPER executes mass-production printing of materials from 3 to 50 tenths, assembly, construction and maintenance of moulds, cuts, drawing and fitting of coil threads.

6 Painting
The very latest sequential continuous-cycle facility benefiting from a control system with electronic monitoring and allowing various types of painting: powder, liquid and special. This facility satisfies the demands of flexibility and productivity for small, medium and large production runs.
High value-added service is provided in our very new painting department.

7 Production – Assembly
Assembly of components acquired or supplied on account for manufacture. This is executed through the use of the screwing-in station and with manual assembly. Optimised flow chart for each product with the goal of keeping production costs under control.
